• Jr. Data Engineer
  • Experience working with general industry models
  • Experience implementing universal modeling patterns, selective levels of abstraction (to optimize flexibility and reuse), and enforcing business rules to ensure data quality as a matter of course.
  • Experienced with how and the rationale for normalization; has the skill to selectively de-normalize a physical model
  • Familiar with both Inmon and Kimball design strategies

• Profile data ingestion requirements from SORs, Data Lakes or Data Warehouses
• Understand optimal data ingestion patterns
• Structure conceptual, logical, and physical models
• Configure Azure SQL or PostgreSQL tables, views, indexes, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with large size corporations
• Experience with use case analysis
• Experience with Normalization and has the skill de-normalize selectively
• Programming Skills:

• Strong SQL Skills
• NoSQL
• Data Structures (XML, JSON, RDBMS, Paquet)
• Delta Lake
• Azure Data Factory (nice to have)
• CI/CD Pipelines (nice to have)
• Synapse (nice to have)
• Python (nice to have)
• Ansible (nice to have)
• Databricks (nice to have)
