Description:
Our client – a large healthcare insurer in the local market – has a need for a Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) within their Government Marketing Segment, supporting efforts that tie into multiple divisions across the organization.
The EBA will be part of a team that is made of Project Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and others that are responsible for the implementation of various Healthcare products.
The EBA must have the ability to work effectively on cross-functional project initiatives by building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, establishing clear expectations, and holding team members accountable for timely delivery on project commitments.
The ideal EBA will need to demonstrate that they have taken requirements from cross functional business groups ( e.g. Human Resources, Legal, Sales, etc.) in an enterprise-wide environment. They should have experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders (20+) that are made up of the cross-functional business groups.
Please note that the hiring team does not like to see experience that is strictly focused on a systems development initiative where the EBA was taking requirements for one specific group or stakeholder as the skills necessary to function within this environment eclipse just the software/development/one stakeholder realm.

The ability to gather cross-functional, enterprise level requirements with 20+ stakeholders. Presentation skills and leadership abilities are key. Leading the analysis on multiple release projects. High level documentation of requirements. Must sit within one of the following states: AL, AZ, AK, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IO, KS, KT, LO, MD, MI, MS, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WO
