Description:
Position Summary
- Participates on the implementation team, in a Business Analyst role, for Payor and/or Care Manager, which includes requirements gathering, definition, and configuration of the system and workflows for our customers as necessary.
- Delivers Professional Services projects through billable business consulting assisting with architectural guidance/design, quality assurance and testing, documentation of artifacts and occasionally assists with training.
- Mentors Associate Business Analyst. Participates in initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather high-level requirements, or develop Story’s, and/or complete discovery artifacts
- Identify product gaps
- Create action item list and issue list assist Architect with WBS and estimates
- Meet with Client business SMEs
- Complete business specification stories including acceptance criteria
- Design and build configurations
- Act as Product Owner liaison
- Unit Testing after each build/iteration; Some form of user acceptance testing and end to end testing; model office
- Prepare Training Materials
- Deliver Training as appropriate
- Work closely to support project members and various project teams
- Become a subject matter expert for HealthRules Product (Payor/Care Manager/HMEM)
- Work closely with stakeholders (i.e. business unit personnel, business experts, other technical staff, vendors, and contractors) to understand and document project business and system requirements
- Responsible for proactively conducting interviews with all stakeholders to elicit detailed functional and system requirements managing the requirements throughout the course of the project
- Responsible for ensuring unique customer needs are properly translated into business terms and communicated across all applicable domains
- Perform all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII
Top Skills’ Details
1.) 7+ years in business consulting/product implementation/business analysis.
2.) 3-7 years’ payor system configuration experience (AMISYS, Diamond, Facets, QNXT- examples only not limited to these 4 could be more or others)
3.) MUST have experience with HealthRules Payor
4.) Experience in a client facing role in software implementation, product support, etc.
