Job Description:
The Growth Marketing team is looking for a talented, experienced analyst to join our operations team supporting the company’s services. We work directly with cross functional teams to measure and monitor operational performance, conduct ad hoc analysis and support strategic projects. Our day to day work involves a data-rich environment, accessed by Python and SQL to lead exploration and understanding of our teams reach and capabilities. The ideal candidate has an analytic mindset and strong communications skills. Is able to set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines in fast paced environment. The overall goal of the team is to help drive revenue through our email marketing channel. You will work with cross functional partners, code, analyze data and put together presentations of what you found. You will help make the email marketing strategy better based on data.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of company services, including business model, data, strategies, and KPI’s
- Partner with cross functional teams to build reporting/dashboards
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance
- Develop strategic recommendations
- Design and implement testing plans to gain new insights
- Perform ad-hoc deep dive analytics
- Balance competing priorities in ever-changing environment
- Build and present analysis to executive leadership
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in SQL
- Knowledge of A/B testing best practices, design, and implementation

Marketing domain experience
- Need to understand strategy that company will optimize around email marketing
- You will be given the business requirements and will need to provide the analysis
- Experience with audience Targeting/segmentation
- Understands KPI’s and has experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Basic R or Python programming
- Curious self-starter with interest in company’s services
