This role will leverage your technical skills and business acumen as you deliver insights that inform Teladoc Health’s most important business decisions. You will collaborate closely with leaders to support strategic cross initiatives that help us keep costs in check, and maximize revenue while creating a better healthcare experience for people everywhere.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Data engineering, and content teams to shape growth and enrollment efforts using effective data science techniques
- Deliver algorithmic solutions, analysis, and dashboards to help our marketing and business teams scope, conceptualize, launch and measure various growth initiatives and experiments.
- Proactively discover important trends in key metrics impacting our member growth, distill key insights, present to key executives, and drive meaningful actions.
- Enable marketing stakeholders to understand the performance of our campaigns, experiments, and growth, and to respond quickly where needed.
- Work independently on complex problems from problem scoping and technical decision making to executing, delivering, and disseminating high-quality output.
- Leverage a broad set of technical skills and strong business understanding to creatively solve complex problems with strategic impact.
Candidate Profile
- 6 + years experience in Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field in SaaS or consumer companies with a demonstrated track record of delivering value using data and analysis
- Strong SQL skills, ability to code in and analyze data with Python (or R), practical experience with BI tools like Tableau
- Firm understanding of statistical, experimentation and machine learning concepts with strong experience in applying these concepts to solve marketing and business problems.
- Compelling storytelling through analytics and visualization, getting your point across and keeping your audience engaged
- Strong critical thinking, active listening, and communication skills to infer business needs, grasp the underlying context and translate loose direction on analytical projects into concrete solutions
- The ability to drive projects independently, deal with complexity, flexibility to respond to dynamic business environment, ability to take constructive feedback and adapt quickly to deliver critical business needs
- Experience in creating, maintaining and deploying data pipelines in CI/CD environment is a plus
- A Master’s degree or higher in computer science, statistics, information systems, engineering or a related field
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $175,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2022. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
