Telesign is looking for a Data Partnerships Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Geo Expansion Market Planning & Strategy; Dashboard & Reporting Development; Data Quality Evaluations; Contracting Support. This role reports to the Data Partnerships Regional Team Lead. We will be welcoming interns during the Summer 2023 term (June to August). Interns will be expected to work up to 40 hours per week during the 12 week period.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research
- Participate in supplier engagements and external negotiations to help with action items
- Scout the markets for potential alternate data sources
- Create a weekly report or newsletter on vendor updates (press releases, announcements, etc.)
- Review and report any changes in the regulatory environment for the region as it relates to digital identity and fraud prevention
- Reporting
- Coordinate with our Analysts in Belgrade on data analysis and reporting
- Dashboard and reporting development
- Data Analysis
- Assist in the creation of a country-by-country benchmark for vendor performance
- Review data success rates within our existing vendors
- Track any changes in latency & other metrics
- Participate and or present findings to internal as well as external audiences
Essential Requirements
- 2-3 soft skills
- Online research
- Knowlegege of computer and network security concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint mainly)
- 3-5 hard/technical skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, self-organized, with a proactive approach and able to multitask.
- Report elaboration and creativity on how to best present data
- Judicious decision-makingskills in a high-responsibility environment
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Bachelor of science degree with a focus on Business Administration, Economics, International Regulations, Data Analytics, and technology
