We are seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Payable Operations Lead to join our Global Business Services team based on Bengaluru, India. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, the Accounts Payable role is responsible for processing of payable account enquiries, invoices, liaising with our internal and external business partners as well as provide support to our external processing partner

How you will contribute:
- Develop a clear understanding of deliverables as per Contract / SoW
- Effective Service Delivery and Cost Management
- Work with property team to develop and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Timely Hiring and Training of Team members ensuring readiness on day 1 of production
- Drive positive Employee engagement and retention practices
- Participate in Strategic / Executive Forums along with Accounts Payable Manager
- Present Service Delivery Performance during Operational Governance
- Identify and Drive Continuous Improvements via lean / six sigma
- Drive Strategy to maintain/improve on quality-of-service delivery
- Prepare reports as requested by Accounts Payable Manager
- First level support within the extended Accounts Payable team and finance team with others, with internal departments and our processing partner
- Support and preparation of various reports when requested
- Active and collaborative Finance Team player, by supporting with other Finance assistance when requested
About you:
- Graduate qualifications desirable
- 5 – 10 years’ experience managing Accounts Payable service delivery and transformation
- You take initiative and ownership of what you do, all the way to execution and delivery.
- You display a sound understand of controls and compliance requirements from Accounts Payable perspective
- You understand Accounting Standards and have exceptional MS Office Skills.
- You must have strong team work ethic, logical thinking, attention to details and enjoy problem solving.
