- Design, build/integrate and maintain complex applications with Telstra processes and systems to deliver products and services to customer business units for enterprise segment,
- Understand the requirements as a business analyst and work towards the implementation solution
- Translate customer (internal, external or regulatory) needs and requirements, using technical principles into reusable API based micro-services
- Utilise on premise and cloud technologies to deploy applications
- Partake in development work based in Java/Spring on a microservices architecture and delivery through CI/CD, while complying to all security requirements
- Develop python microservices and their integration
- Contribute to planning and design sessions, utilising Agile ceremonies and techniques, providing estimation to the team
- Integrate solutions by executing on security and operational requirements
- Assess capability of vendor solutions and offerings to meet business requirements and manage vendor technology delivery
- Assess capability of internal systems and offerings to meet business requirements
- Develop technology functionality for business requirements that leverage opportunities from evolving and future technologies
- Function in a DevOps operate model, supporting what you build
- Proactively look for opportunities to automate tasks which add value to business
- Develop lifecycle plans and enhancements for the solution to meet performance and operational requirements. This includes performance monitoring and optimisation.
- Document designs and activities to support the management of IP across the team
- Identify and promote best practice in Knowledge Management and Innovation.
