The Coca-Cola Company is looking for Analyst in support of our North America Commercial Leadership and Operations organization. This role will support product teams to design, build, and implement data and analytics products for various stakeholders that will help drive business strategy & growth. Will work with cross functional teams across product, technology, and subject matter expertise to deliver results. This position requires a motivated individual with strong technical, analytical and communication skills, that values collaboration, curiosity, purpose, and diversity.
What You’ll Do for Us
The Analyst key responsibilities are:

Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analysis in support of business strategy, key results and to uncover insights for future data-driven product strategies.

Facilitate joint application development sessions with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business and functional requirements for analytical products.

Collaborate with product and implementation teams to manage the development lifecycle (i.e., collection, harmonization, analyze, and decommission) of data-driven analytical solutions. Ensuring each solution is scalable, performant, and aligns to business need.

Partner with Data Product Owners, Enablement, and Implementation Teams to define and implement governance standards that ensure data quality, security, and availability.

Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analysis to validate & ensure product quality.

Use Agile Scrum processes and tools to manage work activities and capacity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
1+ years of managing data product development lifecycle (i.e., collection, harmonization, analyze, and decommission)

1+ years of experience supporting data analytics solutions
-
Proficient in Microsoft suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, teams, etc.)

Experience using SQL or Python working with relational SQL databases
-
Solid knowledge about data modeling, architecture, ETL and cloud technologies (such as AWS, Azure, Alteryx, etc.)

Experience using Azure platform for Data and Analytics products specially focused in Data Services
-
Experience in Agile project methodology.

1+ years of experience in data storytelling and data visualization using tools like PowerBI, Tableau or Google Analytics.
