Business Analyst Intern
The Heritage Group is looking for a motivated self-starter who will support Strategy + Mergers & Acquisition (S+M&A) team members primarily with the development of a proprietary knowledge management system. As a paid Intern you will be expected to support a variety of workstreams in the S+M&A group.

Job Responsibilities
- Development of knowledge platform
- Discover, collect, and curate content from internal and external knowledge sources (experts, events, working groups, databases, etc…)
- Research topics, trends, and opportunities of interest identified by stakeholders
- Monitor content additions and structure to ensure the quality of the platform
- Help gather feedback on user experience and develop a plan for enhancements
Education/Experience Requirements
- Currently a college sophomore or junior
- Proactive in determining the next steps in a project and recommending a course of action
- Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong research skills, particularly as it relates to conducting industry and company diligence
- Capable of mining and analyzing large amounts of data
