Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze promotional activities, capture insights and learnings that will inform future planning.
    • Support the development of a global promotional plan through improved data driven insights.
    • Monitor key performance indicators, make data-driven recommendations.
    • Collaborate with multiple local & global stakeholders both within LEGO Retail and across the broader LEGO organization to consolidate data and communicate results.
  • Measure promotional effectiveness.
    • Track & measure promotional performance against key objectives and overall marketing goals.
  • Execute both standard reporting and adhoc analysis on small-large data sets as it relates to performance, shopper purchase behavior and intent.
    • Refresh and enhance existing reporting and visualizations to support decision making.
    • Gain a deep understanding of shopper data, identify key motivators that drive shopper behavior and how we can leverage insights to improve promotion effectiveness.
  • Navigate, construct, and transform big data, data lakes and databases to create actionable insights
    • Assemble, extract, and illustrate meaningful and actionable insights from disparate sources.
  • Support test & learn initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Data Scientist team to work on price elasticity and other relevant analytics product for promotional activities

This is a temporary role lasting about 6-8 months based on business needs. This role will be located in Enfield, CT. We are working in a hybrid work schedule which is three days in the office and two days remote.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in the field of Business Intelligence or Marketing Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively use data visualization to support talk track.
  • Solid experience of Tableau and SQL.
  • Knowledge in Advance analytics, Adobe Analytics, retail transaction data, modeling.
  • Highly competent in excel and power point.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed (estimate 10% of time)
