Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support a Federal Government client on-site in Washington, DC. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, financial reconciliation, funds allocation and contracts funding analysis support.
Responsibilities
- Perform budgetary and financial analyses utilizing a variety of analytic tools including MS Office products and dashboards/visual analytics
- Perform financial reconciliations
- Perform funds allocation analyses
- Perform contracts funding analyses
- Prepare reports on management request for topics such as special projects, property accounting, invoice analysis, reimbursable agreements, unliquidated obligations, and error corrections
- Support financial troubleshooting functions
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to be flexible in a demanding work environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Federal, Departmental and Bureau budgetary principles, concepts, regulations, practices and procedures to perform various assignments
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

- State Department experience
- Federal budget execution experience
- Experience with Momentum financial system

Clearance
