The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Be accountable for the creation, maintenance, and governance of North America Vendor master data
Lead and integrate vendor master data, support new business models, and provide internal support to vendor master data team members
Drive system improvement efforts across functions with business and IT team members, delivering improvements to existing IT systems and providing critical feedback on new IT developments
Improve cross-functional end-to-end vendor creation processes
Work with planning, purchasing, and controlling business team members
Identify areas of opportunity, improve overall data quality, and reduce the overall turnaround time
Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to develop new vendor master governance standards
Maintain key operational metrics to ensure they are in alignment with the business and compliance needs (ex: first pass metrics, timeliness, accuracy to support operational excellence, and a strong internal control environment)
Develop key relationships with regional and global vendor master data partners
Ensure global and international vendor creation processes properly support regional business activities
Provide feedback to the North America Vendor Master Data Lead on key strategic initiatives, leveraging deep technical knowledge to help guide future vendor master data strategy
Lead and provide critical input to vendor data-related projects within or outside of the team
Catalog process documentation to ensure knowledge transfers successfully between existing and new team members
Prioritize day-to-day workload amongst the team and engage the lead for larger efforts if necessary

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
6-8 years of overall supply chain or vendor data experience
At least 3 of experience in Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) data governance, data management, or supply chain data
Brings a strategic mindset to driving solutions and is highly focused on delivering results
Manage ambiguity even when issues are unclear and outside of the team’s immediate responsibilities
Provide business insight to combine complex data and impact business processes
Ability to transfer knowledge across diverse stakeholder groups
Demonstrate leadership and experience with interpersonal skills and professional maturity
