ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Senior Associate – Analyst Relations, you will be reporting to the Associate Principal – Field Marketing and focus on independent analysts and influencers to position TheMathCompany as the leading data analytics and engineering firm. You will engage with analysts to facilitate two-way dialogue, and work toward enhancing their awareness on the company and our offerings. You will also share the analyst insights with our internal teams regularly. The ideal candidate brings a consistent track record of implementing AR programs and building collaborative relationships with influential analysts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for individuals who are curious, excited about learning, and navigating through the uncertainties and complexities that are associated with growing a company. Some qualifications that we think would help you thrive in this role are:

    5+ years of communications experience, with at least 2-3 years of AR experience interacting with Gartner, Forrester, and other analyst firms.
    Experience managing vendor rating in multiple Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves
    Experience managing a current network of analyst contacts.
    Outstanding written and oral communications skills.
    Broad understanding of technology and ability to communicate its business value.
    Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
    Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail.
    Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills, across teams and seniorities.
    Keen sensitivity towards organization’s ethos, goals, and values.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    B2B technology experience
    Advanced specialization in marketing and communication
    Start-up or entrepreneurial experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and execute analyst relations strategy to consistently showcase the best of TheMathCompany.
    Maintain relationships with key analysts and influencing their research agenda.
    Increase analyst awareness and understanding of the company’s offerings.
    Guide the company strategy based on analyst feedback.
    Deliver AR program activities such as analyst briefings, inquiries, events, and reporting.
    Directing the team with prioritizing and managing analyst requests around customer references, rankings and ratings.
    Prioritize and manage incoming requests for customer references, event speakers, and research & information.
    Create presentations and prepare executives for engaging with analysts.
    Annual planning and budgeting for analyst subscriptions.
    Prepare reports to measure success of program.
