How You’ll Make an Impact:
The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for data collection and integration initiatives. This role will work directly with the Segmentation & Analytics team to validate, augment and enter data into our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map contacts identified from data capture platforms to the appropriate account in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
- Review and route qualified leads to Sales members. Research accounts when additional information is required
- Use internal and external data resources to conduct research on contacts to help drive the quality of new leads and sales opportunities
- Establish measurable criteria to ensure desired results are acquired and provide the team with updates via tracking reports reflective of Key Performance Indicators in line with set priorities and timing targets.
- Maintain data health by regularly auditing database to ensure minimum required information is up to date

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Strong willingness to learn, be mentored and improve
- Actively work on process improvement to streamline existing processes. Exercise independent judgment to evaluate, review and provide recommendations for appropriate action.
- Must have excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize own work, such as multiple projects and assignments

Non-Negotiable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years experience working in a database related role
- Experience using Salesforce.com CRM
