The Recurring Business Analyst will work directly with our customers and support the expansion of our recurring business program in region. This position will be responsible for providing analytical support, improving forecast visibility through customer engagements, and partnering closely with our internal teams including commercial, operations, and finance. In addition, the Recurring Business Analyst will support data and presentation for customer quarterly business reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally and with customers to gather forecast and create and handle opportunities within Salesforce.com (CRM).
- Effective project management adhering to established timelines.
- Support Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and improvements to forecast accuracy.
- Provide sales analytics to support forecasting.
- Generate customer presentations for business review including key customer data metrics.
- Maintain net promoter score survey uploads daily.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for quarterly performance metrics.
- Manage metrics and trends, implementing proactive actions to increase efficiencies and productivity
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in an analytical or business field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business)
- Proven Microsoft Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven experience with Oracle or other ERP system.
- 3+ years of Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, or similar experience
- Experience with SIOP, demand planning, and forecasting.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and forecasting and an understanding of how they relate to the forecasting process.
- MBA or Master’s Degree in analytical field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business).
