Where will you work?
This is a remote position and can be based in USA or Europe.
Will need to be flexible with working hours to accommodate meetings during East Coast Hours, early morning or evenings as well.
How will you make an impact?
Reporting into the Chemical Analysis Division Sr. Director Supply Chain, the Senior Manager will be responsible for creating digital advantage through partnership with Supply Chain, Finance, Materials Leaders, IT, and other Functional leaders by implementing leading technologies and advanced analytical solutions that transform business processes, culture and customer experiences in order to meet the changing business and market dynamics.
What will you do?
- Establish strategic relationships and partner in Supply Chain strategic roadmap discussions
- Establish inventory control operating mechanisms to track performance, reduction of cash flow and E&O
- Lead and drive development of Power BI dashboards that enable improved decision making
- Partner with the IT, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams to migrate data from ERPs
- Drive prioritization discussions with the CAD sites to ensure we’re working on the right things in the right order
- Drive standardization of key definitions across the CAD sites
- Drive process automation opportunities and partner to implement transformational ideas
- Share best practices between sites
- Champion developing and empowering data utilization to optimize inventory levels
- Lead and partner on change, communication, and training, driving adoption across the Supply Chain organization
- Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to provide analytics support for recurring business operating mechanisms, as well as ad hoc, time sensitive requests to advance key initiatives
- Identify business process and data quality improvement opportunities to increase data analytics quality
- Develop and expand the skills and capabilities of the supply chain community
How will you get here?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or relevant fields
- 5+ years of experience as a manager and experience with enterprise data and integration applications or similar role for large scale enterprise solutions
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence development and process transformation
- Advanced experience in ERP and Data Warehouses
- Advanced experience in Supply Chain
- Proven ability to drive requirements elicitation and practice the design thinking lifecycle
- Experience with relational and dimensional datasets, data warehouses, and ETL techniques to deliver BI solutions
- Knowledge of DWH concepts and ETL development
- Full life cycle project implementation experience
- Experience with agile development
