Job Location: Hyderābād
Responsibilities include:
- Gathering, analyzing, defining, and formalizing business requirements and processes into project/system specifications.
- Identifying, tracking, and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
- Developing and implementing cost and business savings solutions.
- Business process modeling to identify potential improvements.
- Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
- Interacting across the teams and with clients daily to perform technical requirements validations for new and existing development.
- Support both business requirements and testing activities.
- Leading and facilitating requirement gathering sessions and will be responsible for the creation of new requirements (technical/non-technical) and updating existing requirement documents.
- Creating new test scripts and updating existing test scripts and other testing documentation.
- Conducting functional and integration testing.
- Involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle as changes and enhancements to the system are implemented.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical, business, and functional information.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working on JIRA, Microsoft office suite
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a BA with Customer success projects as background
- Mandate Knowledge of Gainsight NXT & Salesforce
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- creative problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Strong team player and Self-starter.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
