Job Location: Bengaluru
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct process and data source to target gap assessments and analysis
- Solicit and document migration requirements
- Consult on and/or document data transformation rules
- Coordinate and/or conduct data cleansing activities
- Document, build, and execute business data validation and present results to stakeholders
- Resolve source to target process and data migration fallouts by working with Business and Technical partners
- Develop and execute business validation and provide results to business stakeholders
- Support data load/resolve errors in test environments to support process testing
- Perform iterative analysis and work to refine rules and processes for loading data into target environments for multiple cutovers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot load/pre-load data issues, support end-to-end process requirements, plans, and error resolution
- Manage and track conversion statistics, values, and relevant reports as needed
- Partner with Lead to Support Process and Master Data Owners to understand strategic process and system requirements and their upstream/downstream impacts
- Collaborates with Process Owners, Change Management, Business, and Technology
- Collaborates within enterprise data community on definition and adoption of common practices, processes, governance, and toolset
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience working with process and data migration analysis, cleansing and business validation
- Experience with Customer-to-Cash related data (customers, contacts, product, pricing, orders/subscriptions, and open AR)
- Tool experience: JIRA, Azure, Alteryx, Excel, SAP, SQL, or other tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationship and collaborate with cross-functional teams, partnering across time zones
- Experience analyzing processes and solving large data set problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled at asking questions and solving complex problems
