HRBP – Analyst -India
The HRBP – Analyst, provides support to business units in staffing, recruiting, employee counseling, administration and training. While working independently under close supervision, this job is responsible for helping to solve people and cultural issues, supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, and communicating the business value of HR initiatives. The role also provides HR support across all business areas and will regularly engage with managers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Addresses routine day-to-day employee relations issues.
- Assists in the preparation of feedback for first line managers and supervisors on performance and disciplinary actions.
- Assists in the organization of regular or ad hoc human resources (HR) metric reports, including headcount and turnover, in support of business needs.
- Supports administering compensation programs; monitoring performance evaluation programs and revising as necessary.
- Provides recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training.
- Supports the communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures for managers and employees.
