• Application development and maintenance in digital commerce area
• Ensures business requirements are been delivered by the development team as per the expectation of Product Owner and key Stake holders.
• Executes core consulting assignments in defined consultancy areas.
• Executes business process design/implementation assignments.
• Advises customers in core business related issues.

We expect you to have

We are looking out for a talented Retail / eCommerce Business Analyst with the following skills.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Retail / Commerce domain as a Business Analyst, Consultant
• Should have been at the core of multiple New Client Logic Implementation
• Has Business Development experience
• Have worked with solution and technical teams to maximize product performance
• Can evaluate Business Processes, Anticipate Requirements and Make Recommendations to the Business or IT counterparts and the implementation team
• Assist the Business Owners in translating breaking down the business requirements using IT domain terminology
• Fluent communication skill and experience in working with customers / business users directly.
• Is well versed with Agile methodologies and can co-ordinate with product owners, scrum masters to chalk out the best value streams for a given product implementation roadmap
• Comfortable with Change Management, Collaboration Documentation processes, and tools
• Knowledge of SQL is big plus.
• Expertise with or certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ) would be a big plus
• Service Management skills would be a big plus
• Functional knowledge of one of the following tools would be a big plus: Optimizely (aka EPiServer) Commerce , Commercetools, Open Commerce, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce etc.
