Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai
Work Days: Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a Sunday fixed off.
Working Hours: 10.00am – 7.00pm

Role Definition
As the Report Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Streamlining the data operations for the function
2. Work closely with city leads and Business heads to hash out crisp and neat data
3. Work with LSQ liaison and carve out inbuilt reports for everyone’s convenience
4. Work on weekly/monthly data representation for leaders
5. Maintain all efficiency and effectiveness data on an annual basis for faster appraisal TAT
6. Automate reports and reduce timeline and dependencies on people
7. Assist in streamlining the Admissions BO process
As the report analyst, they will be the point person for any data visibility in the system.
Who are we looking for?
1. Qualification: Bachelor degree preferred
2. Experience: 1-3 years in an Ed-tech/Educational institute handling data operations/Analytics
1-3 years in a Tier 1 BPO in the MIS/Reporting/Data Analytics team
3. A problem solver at the core
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Technology:
LSQ experience necessary
Should be very thorough in all MS products (excel/ppt)
Macro coding knowledge is eminent
Knowledge and use case experience of all knowledge tools like BI etc.
6. Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a “get-it-done” attitude
