Job Purpose

We are embarking on an ambitious journey to leverage innovative technologies which accelerate our business growth and reduce our cost to serve. To achieve this, we are driving a strategic programme to optimise our service delivery model, requiring improvements to our technology (workflow, RPA), processes and organisational construct.


We are looking for System & Data Analyst to
join our team and help to drive innovation across the business.

In this role, the successful candidate will need to:

  • Provide configuration support of service delivery processes as part of work flow tool implementation
  • Ensuring on time & high-quality delivery
  • Support Business Analyst team to embrace digital solutions and embed a continuous improvement cycle
  • Be a propagator of our new operating model
  • Be a change agent, helping the internal regional business analytics team operationalize all artefacts related to workflow and operating model
  • Support in enhancement of the knowledge management
  • Back-end support to Business Analyst team throughout the entire workflow implementation process and after

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be focused on implementing new technology in to our global business, Responsibilities will include:


Utilize Agile techniques to set-up, configure & test our workflow technology in new offices

  • Responsible for back -end configuration of processes in accordance to set standards for our workflow tool to turn business requirements into digital flows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand configuration requests
  • Reviews requirements, performs systems analysis in preparation for service specific cloning and configuration
  • Provide configuration support to Business Analyst team for processes that are already live
  • Document the effort involved, the steps required, and the provision of information related to operational changes

Support end to end business analysis documentation, ensuring on time & high-quality delivery

  • Support in creating process maps and business requirement document wherever required
  • Support the business through user testing, providing expert guidance on the tool and processes
  • Support Business Analysts in updating project documentation & other activities wherever required
  • Ability to adapt fast to a changing environment. It also means a willingness to work outside of traditional hours, to provide support to situations demanding attention

Analyze, design and improve our processes and digital solutions

  • Perform analysis of business data to derive insights and propose process design improvements
  • Be a champion of our new operating model

KEY REQUIREMENTS


Experience:

  • 2 -4 years of overall experience
  • Previous experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for process excellence, workflow or automation solutions, providing support to end-user/ back-end configuration for any workflow application/ ERP is preferred
  • Exposure to Business Analytics domain or equivalent is a plus
  • Extensive working knowledge with MS Office, especially Powerpoint, Excel and Word

  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail to deal with large amounts of data
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Flexible to adapt to rapidly changing situations
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or above in any discipline
  • Working Knowledge in A&T/ F&A, HRP domain is a plus
