The role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our IT team in Pune.
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Responsible for building of reports that support KPI’s across the Toll business and enable better and faster decision making, ensure user friendly BI & Analytics reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for consumption by Key Business Stakeholders, assist the Build Manager with reporting on the progress of report development against schedule and budget.
- Deliver effective communication and stakeholder management through the delivery cycle, manage strategic vendors and partner where required to ensure delivery of project outcomes, collaborates with global insights teams to ensure consistency in definitions and sources of data to ensure consistency across reports
- Development of support documentation around the report such as report definitions, apply the build and architecture standards of all projects to the business requirements, work with the broader BI and Analytics COE team to ensure agreed commits are delivered. undertake the appropriate testing through the lifecycle of the project to ensure quality of the work including unit testing, user acceptance testing and penetration testing.
- Apply the relevant security and risk management protocols as required, follow all access protocols to ensure that business sensitive data is shared appropriately, maintain development documentation as appropriate
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 or more years of relevant experience in a BI and analytics environment, with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are being met
- Hands on Experience in visualisation tool – Microsoft PowerBI, PowerBI Desktop, PowerBI Premium. Experience in Cloud Technologies like Microsoft Azure.
- Good knowledge in Developing report connecting to Microsoft Azure Data Lake.
- Experience in enabling reporting capability in a SaaS / PaaS environment, and experience in working within agile environment.
