Who We’re Looking For

Toyota’s People & Property Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Real Estate & Property Services Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform lease administration, oversee property managers for Toyota leased and owned homes and portfolio information management.
Reporting to the Real Estate & Property Services Strategy Manager, the person in this role will support the People & Property Services department’s objective to provide best-in-class People & Property Services supporting the creation and sustainment of optimum team member work environments.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lease administration which includes payment and collection of rents, contract review for tenant and landlord compliance, maintaining and updating lease transactions in a portfolio information management tool, providing and collecting certificates of insurance from landlord’s, tenant’s and vendor’s, ensure all landlord invoice charges are accurate and per the lease terms, landlord operating expense reconciliation review per the lease agreement and landlord audits if needed, review of landlord estoppel certificates, document storage, maintenance and ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness in a property database for all Toyota owned and leased properties.
  • Oversee property manager’s for company owned and leased executive homes located in the US. Communicate with property manager’s to ensure residences are being maintained to the company’s standards. Problem solve issues as they arise to ensure satisfaction of our residences. Review and processing of invoices from property manager’s.
  • Maintain property dashboards which includes information on the Toyota portfolio such as square footage, space reports, occupancy reports and site information such as building square footage, acreage, occupancy, and vacancy.
  • Manage portfolio information budget, deliver user training, and maintain system access rights and user list.
  • Update portfolio information with the vendor who owns the portfolio information management tool.
  • People & Property Services has responsibility for services and commodities such as landscaping, janitorial, dining, childcare, fitness, uniforms, mail service, banking, print and others. You may be asked to either provide support for these services and commodities or determine the appropriate strategy.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, economics, or related field.
  • Progressive years of experience in lease administration, property management or portfolio information management.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high accuracy for performing work/tasks.
  • Strong planning, follow-up, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to successfully work with a variety of departments within Toyota as well as vendors such as property manager’s and landlord’s.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Flexibility to work on various projects to support the hiring manager and the People & Property Services department.
