Primary Skills
- Experience and in-depth knowledge in solving problems related to Customer Experience Management – Customer Analytics, Customer 360, MMX, Channel Measurement Optimization and CX VOC.
- Collaborate with industry domain experts and drive the solution design for Customer Marketing Analytics problem statements
- Interface with Lead Generation, Practice and Vertical Leads to prioritize, design campaign messages for the identified target user personas, and drive sales meetings
- Strong experience in content preparation contextualized for client-specific pre-sales conversations
- End-to-End RFI/RFP/RFQ specification preparation, build proposals on Customer Marketing Analytics and gather client requirements in a timely manner
- Client partner experience in interfacing and managing day-to-day tasks during proposal and POC stages of the project
- Participate in the conference call discussions, solution demonstration, proof of concept, articulating success stories and value proposition, business solution proposal for CXM focus areas

Roles Responsibilities
- Responsible for solution design and POC management for new projects under Customer Marketing Analytics
- Responsible to provide specialist expertise in Customer Marketing analytics both internally to guide others and externally in Bid Proposal situations both technical depth and/or breadth to perform a strategic technical role.
- Responsible in identifying the opportunity to up-sell to the advantage of our clients and making those proposals in timely manner.
- Ability to address, persuade and interact with senior and executive level positions as well as delivery teams
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams such as delivery account teams, practice vertical leads to cross-pollinate ideas and curate customer success stories
- Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver on sales team expectations innovates, breaks silos, and challenges the status quo in the pursuit of the deal.
- Go getter attitude, ownership and passion for solutioning and deal closure.
- Helping sales teams with technology expertise and participating in key client meetings as Expert
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; interest in knowledge dissemination.
Qualification Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- 6 years of relevant experience in solving Customer Marketing analytics problems for large enterprises
