Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will be working for Call Center – All functions of Customer Support & Inbound Sales
- You are expected to play a key contributing role in all data analysis and reconciliation discussions and act as a liaison between business users and Revenue team.
- Gain Functional understanding of Hotel Reservations, Telephony Application/ CRM and underlying data models so as to deliver the KPIs identified & defined during requirement discovery sessions.
- Work on data modelling and other data design activities on projects.
- Design, develop and Review complex SQL queries required to deliver the KPIs.
- To drive creation of reusable components, frameworks and models from executed projects.
- Utilize spreadsheets and databases to design and generate both ad hoc and reoccurring reporting.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Prepare and evaluate reoccurring reports on KPIs that will be presented to various management groups in business reviews, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Proactively lead efforts designed to improve KPIs within the organization by ensuring the most efficient use of current technologies and resources.
- Analyze raw data and metrics; identify trends and provide feedback regarding business needs and solutions inside of the organization, when required professionally present analytical results and updates to all levels of management.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Provide coherent data analysis through clear and concise reporting or dashboards
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and automated reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources teams, and colleagues, as needed, to analyze goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work both independently and cross functionality to identify and implement improvements in current workflows and processes.
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 1 years experience as data/business analyst with focused experience in SQL/Telephony.
- Should understand the domain specific business processes and associated KPI (i.e. Key performance Indicators)
- Should have experience in working with data models and data marts to delivery reporting & analytics solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and queries along with excellent Excel/Gsheet skills
- Have experience in using at least one modelling tools viz., Ozonetel/Exotel, Kapture,Metabase.
- Strong domain knowledge of business within Hospitality domain experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
