They must have strong experience using a variety of AI/ML/Data Analysis methods, using a variety of Data Algorithms, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate should have passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Understand Product Requirements and develop required AI/ML Methods
- Query databases (PostgreSQL) assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
- Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences and product features
- Apply data science techniques, such as Machine Learning, Statistical Modelling, and artificial intelligence and chose one or more potential models and algorithms for different product features
Experience/Skills Required:
- 7-8 years of overall experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
- 3+ years of experience in data analyst role
- 2+ years of experience using SQL is required
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. Deep knowledge in R programming
- Experience working complex data architectures.
- Knowledge in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
- Knowledge and exposure to advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modelling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Spark or any other latest technologies
- Experience designing and building automated reporting dashboards with data visualization (ggplot) is desired
