    The team partners with client and agency partners to provide the right solutions using Truecaller Ad products. The team is driven to excel quota figures and grow revenue significantly. The AdSales team works with a range of advertisers to deliver on their objectives using Truecaller’s strong reach and range of custom audiences.     As a
    CRM & Business Analyst You will be working closely with the Ad Sales leadership team on managing and leading all CRM activities. You will be working in alignment with the larger Ads team in supporting the implementation of features and functionalities on the salesforce platform, handling internal sales and ad operations requests and solving any feature issues. In addition to the CRM tasks, you will be working with the sales leadership team in generating insightful revenue reports, help with partner incentive reports and maintain sanity of Ad Sales revenue dashboards. We are looking for an individual who is organized, likes working with data and is a problem solver.


    What do we expect from you

    • 3-5 years of experience handling CRM application – Salesforce preferred
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets
    • Prior experience building dashboards using Tableau, Google Data Studio etc
    • Prior experience with process documentation, creating workflows
    • Demonstrated experience of being a strong cross-functional collaborator
    • Prior experience with training teams on CRM software
    • Ability to understand the complex business requirements and design a solution and convert them to functional specifications
    • Prior experience interacting and working closely with Sales leaders
    • Great communication skills

    What will you work on

    • Lead all CRM/Salesforce workflows, processes and integrations.
    • Serve as a custodian for the CRM database – maintain and manage customer data to ensure data integrity and recency
    • Responsible for the management and alignment of users, roles, permissions, and profiles and the creation and configuration of custom fields, process automations, data validations and activity management within Salesforce
    • Create and maintain insightful reports for key performance indicators for Sales activity generated from CRM systems
    • Provide periodic and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Ad Sales leadership team and Management team
    • Generate partner revenue and incentive reports in collaboration with Sales, AdOperations and Finance
    • Maintain revenue dashboard in collaboration with cross functional team
    • Train all users on the various functions and processes utilized by the platform
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Conduct complete regular system audits
    • Troubleshoot user issues and problem solve conclusively

    It would be great if you also have

    • Worked with media/digital platform organization in the past
    • Knowledge about Digital Ads
