Job Details:
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist.Candidate will be responsible for building AI / Machine Learning applications for our manufacturing clients. We expect them to have strong programming skills, and background of time series analysis, feature engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and image processing. They should have a sturdy growth mind set and a strong work ethic. Candidate will interact with customer to understand the problem statement and scalability of solution. Critical thinking to solve complex manufacturing use cases. Define and plan data science approach and deliverables with timelines. Feature engineering and feature extraction with customer feedback. Execute and implement the solution within the defined timeline.
Key responsibilities:
Work with manufacturing clients, understanding various problems and failures in various kinds of manufacturing process and use AI to solve these challenges.
Working with manufacturing machines data formats, data cleaning and defining performance measures based on pre-processing of data.
Define a set of features based on hundreds of sensors signals coming from a single machine, work on building time series forecasting and other cross metric Machine Learning models
Search for the latest research papers as per use case and make Proof-Of-Concept.
Collaborate with production engineers to deploy the results of your research.
Develop evaluation techniques to gauge the performance and accuracy of the models you build
Write production-ready code in Python / R for above models, further write unit tests, integration tests, end to end tests.
Your background:
Educational Background: B.Tech, BE – Mechanical with Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics, Metallurgy with Data Science.
Required skills:
2+ years in Hands-on Python Must know Data Science Libraries for time series analysis
Must know Feature Engineering Techniques to build Machine Learning model.
Valuable experience in Data Engineering, know how to deploy models in real-time.
Preferred skills:
MLSpark, Pyspark, Azure Machine Learning Studio, AWS Sagemaker
