About the Role :
a) As a Relationship Manager (RM), candidates get an opportunity to engage with high-value
customers of ICICI Bank and offer 360 degree-banking solutions.
b) RM are responsible for developing, and expanding the ICICI Customer family, by providing
unique, fair and optimum solutions considering the evolving needs of our customers.
c) RM get an opportunity to position ICICI Bank as the bank of choice amongst our customers.
d) RM would be required to continuously understand the evolving customer preferences,
market trends and identify new opportunities of growth of your portfolio.
e) RM requires to collaborate seamlessly across teams at ICICI Bank to offer superior service
and ensure a quick turnaround time for all customer queries and requirements.
f) RM has to understand the fundamental drivers of the market, business, customers, and
competitors.
g) RM’s key accountabilities include customer feedback and defined business outcomes

Salary: 2.40 LPA to 2.95 LPA
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Degree or Post graduation with minimum 50% in 10th, Inter and degree can apply ( Diploma without degree are not eligible / MBA not eligible)
Both Freshers & Experienced are eligible.
Age Below 26 years (Preferably below 25.8 years)
Candidate should not have any education gap between 10th, 12th and Degree

Selection process: Personal Interview by the Panel, followed by document verification.
