Your role
Job Responsibilities:
- Valuable partner to leadership teams, providing data driven insights
- Prepare documentations and recommendations of various solutions to executives for decision making
- Synthesize complex analytics findings into executive level communications
- Provide new solutions to problem solving through innovation and creativity; perform business problem structuring and problem solving to drive to analytical solutions
- Validate results of analyses by reconciling data from various sources
- Analysis of workflows, processes, systems, and data
- Lead workshops to brainstorm, innovate, and gather requirements
- Refine metrics and reporting to enhance decision making
Your team
Wealth Management Americas Banking – Data Governance drives the end-to-end development of WMA Banking data and infrastructure, regulatory reporting and overall data management.
Your expertise
You have:
- 2 years+ of business analysis experience; including experiences with SAS or SQL or other various data analytic tools; advanced knowledge of relational databases
- Knowledge and deep understanding of research and analysis; strong understanding of statistics
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, project management skills and can effectively work with cross-functional team
- Ability to grasp complexities and relationships between issues
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau/ Python)
- Strong business acumen and deep strategic mindset
- Undergraduate degree or master’s degree in a technical field preferred

- A strong communicator who possesses excellent verbal and written skills
- Highly analytical, process-oriented, and self-motivated individual with an attention to detail and sense of urgency in completing assignments
- A team player who can contribute within a highly collaborative team setting
