Your role
Are you an analytic thinker and data-driven problem-solver? We’re looking for a colleague who can help the UBS University’s Agile Academy to:
- measure and visualize learning progress, impact, and quality to different stakeholders
- integrate and analyze data from different sources, identify patterns and trends to enable the team to take informed decisions
- develop and enhance existing dashboards to inform decision making at all levels
- drive standardization, automation and continuous improvements of data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- understand problem/ information needs and translate into ad hoc data analysis or solution

We are a multi-disciplinary team of agilists, learning and change experts who are eager to support our colleagues through compelling learning experiences to adopt agile ways of working and be successful in the new setup. From a team’s perspective, we are in an exciting phase of building up our Crew, so while you would be in a corporate environment and closely working with colleagues from the HR Analytics CoE, you would also be experiencing start-up vibes. You will be empowered, trusted, and supported in bringing in your ideas and expertise within and outside of the Agile Academy.

Your expertise
- ideally 5+ years’ experience in data analytics and ideally previous experience in data engineering
- previous experience in HR analytics and/or web analytics considered as a plus
- demonstrated ability to interpret data and metrics and generate insights for (senior) stakeholders
- proven experience using Business Intelligence and reporting software, data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) as well as strong MS Excel skills
- confident communicator able to convey information and ideas clearly, including to people with lower data literacy
- good at building relationships across geographically distributed teams
- strong customer focus and passion to enable data-driven decision-making and improvements
