Your role
The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting and maintaining Tableau dashboards, Alteryx workflows and reports created by the Analytics and Reporting team. The ability to work across the lines of business and across functions is paramount in delivering our world-class Wealth Management platform. Your responsibilities would include:
- Monitoring of the scheduled tasks in Alteryx Server created by Analytics and Reporting team
- Perform daily validation of the Tableau dashboards published to the business users
- Assist with the development and deployment of Tableau dashboards by validating underlying data
- Own and manage recurring analytic and reporting processes
- Regularly examine reports to locate inconsistencies
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis
- Provide data for ongoing reporting and ad hoc requests received by Analytics and Reporting team leaders
- Document underlying processes of all dashboards and recurring reports

You will be working in the Global Wealth Management Americas – Advisory Planning & Products (APP). Advisory Planning & Products (APP)’s vision and mission is to be the leading provider of wealth management APP to (Ultra) High Net Worth clients and prospects and the firm of choice for the industry’s best Financial Advisors. APP accomplishes this by enabling our Advisors to deliver a planning-driven, differentiated client experience supported by industry-leading intellectual capital, investment excellence and integrated tools and platforms.
Your expertise
- Experience in Tableau, or any related reporting experience in PowerBI, Cognos or MicroStrategy
- Experience with SQL and/or PL/SQL
- Knowledge of Alteryx and Alteryx Server are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel
- Understanding of basic programing concepts in VBA, Python, or R
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail
- The person should be open to learning and take new responsibilities
