Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify problems statements related to supply chain, deep dive into specific situations/processes and conduct data driven complex root cause analysis. Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources and compile into easily understandable and actionable format.
- Proactively monitor key metrics and publish observations on regular intervals to relevant stakeholders for corrective and preventive actions.
- Own the creation, development and maintenance of user-friendly reports and dashboards to provide full visibility to the intended users.
- Collaborate with operations/planning team to develop KPIs, create reporting structure, and data driven process improvements to meet the business requirements.
- Excellent hands-on experience of using data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python etc. (Must have).
- Ability to handle and work with multiple data sources and complex business requirements.
- Exposure to supply chain operations, planning or process excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
- Proven track record of driving data backed projects.
- Problem-solving experience using data
- Advanced understanding of MS Excel, Advanced Exel, SQL, R/Python
- Strong verbal and written communication
