Job description for Development Lead
Working hours 2PM 11PM IST
Location Gurgaon Office (preference will be given to candidates willing to work from office). However, Open to remote work.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
- Participate in Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
- Designing, building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
- Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a development team
- Minimum 3 years of python experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Django framework and/or any other web framework
- Extensive experience in AWS, Elasticsearch, SQL, Serverless architecture, Redis (cache) & Microservices
- Experience in system designing
- Clarity on OOPS concepts in Python/Django
