We are currently looking for top talent to reinforce our internal supply chain consulting
team. As a Strategy-and Excellence Manager in the global Supply Chain Strategies (SCS)
team, you will be at the heart of the business-transforming decisions, the core of which is
the vision to continuously change lives of billions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic planning, process management and governance
- Line responsibility for a group of strategic business analysts
- Relationship management with external partners eg. external consultants
- Sets procedures, processes, and governance to maintain high standards of project
- management (including management of document/project/best-in-class repository)
- Implements tools, methods, systems and metrics that provide early insights into
- project performance to ensure consistent high-quality project outcomes
- Develops & defines department KPIs & targets, monitors and reports their progress to senior management/C-level leaders
- SCS Budget and resources management
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years industry experience, including strategic/business development roles
- (FMCG preferred) or experience in management consulting roles
- Experience in digital strategy and new digital business model development in a
- leading corporate or management consultancy/ or in supply chain and operations
- is an advantage
- Proven work experience as a project manager with a bias for action, leading cross functional teams in a multicultural environment
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team into consistent performance
- improvement
- Very strong data storyboarding and communication skills and proven experience in
- building effective relationships with senior stakeholders / influencing decision
- makers
- Keen to challenge status quo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A solid understanding of cost accounting, financial accounting and project
