What success looks like in this role:

· Assist in the configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure platforms.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to network, storage, and compute resources.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with existing systems and applications.

· Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

· Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments to support the growth of our cloud environment.

· Implement and maintain security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance standards.

· Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

· Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

· Provide on-call support and participate in the resolution of production incidents as needed.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Seeking Junior CloudOps Engineer to take care of critical client delivery. As CloudOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Support and maintenance of Client’ infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Completed training in Cloud Operations and infrastructure support.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are desirable but not required.
