This position will be responsible for collecting, researching and analyzing data related to cost of care management programs and publish management reports identifying trends and opportunities for cost management and reduction, including the identification of individual provider practice profiles.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and manage reporting for various initiatives including status reports and project updates
- Identify opportunities, through analysis, to manage and control cost of care
- Work cross-functionally and coordinate with others to gather information and overcome challenges in obtaining needed information
- Integrate clinical, third party, claims and UR vendor data to drive decision making
- Create and publish periodic management reports and presentations at corporate, Line of Business, Group, Provider and Member levels as required

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with project or process management and served as project manager for the implementation of initiatives
- Experience proactively communication deadlines and roadblocks to a variety of stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Associate in Project Management title or PMP; Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow/Green Belt
- 1+ years of healthcare experience or education in dental, insurance/claims processing
- Experience with large data sets, translational databases (SQL, SAS, etc), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- Excellent Organizational skills
