The role of Enterprise Performance & Insights team is to elevate insights and analytics from performance metrics focused on channels and initiatives to a model that provides a more comprehensive, holistic understanding of our audiences and drives strategy and capability evolution.
The Enterprise Performance & Insights analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of performance insights through a blend of quantitative and qualitative analyses. This role advances the analytics and reporting needs of Enterprise Communications in addition to various stakeholders within UnitedHealth Group Communications by leveraging tools such as Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Email Delivery Platforms and DOMO.
This position is critical as the team looks to scale capabilities and offer support across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively supports ongoing monitoring of communications performance and environmental insights through a variety of forums to form a baseline knowledge of performance articulation, used to drive analysis, insights, and recommendations for key partners and stakeholders
- Utilizes and advances natural language processing/text analytics practices to compile more accurate and streamlined employee listening and sentiment reports
- Supports the development and adoption of on-demand integrated reporting & analysis
- Advances MBO reporting capabilities through complex data analyses and machine learning
- Develops and implements effective/strategic Smartsheet solutions to define process and lead activities including analyzing, reviewing and governing information for operational and business planning
- Provides support of phased migration from current analytics model to Ecosystem Analytics and begin migration from Domo dashboards to PowerBI
- Executes deliverables utilizing Domo, Adobe, Excel, Qualtrics, Brandwatch, LexisNexis, etc.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of analytics experience
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Analytic and problem-solving experience
- Solid written and verbal presentation skills
- Experience in conducting data analytics
- Flexible pivoting priorities with short notice
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage own workflow, prioritize and meet deadlines
