Create and support strategies that help drive Medicare Star rating improvement. Helps support a group of contracts identified as close to a 4 Star rating, and drive strategies around ensuring these contracts reach a 4 Star or higher rating, help remediate problems and drive solutions. Support work needed to solve business problems that affect single or multiple functions or disciplines. Partner with contracts and business teams to drive improvement efforts and solutions to problems.

Primary Responsibilities:
- General business operations driving Star rating improvement
- Lead Weekly, Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly, Annual review meetings related to STAR activities and performance
- Provide outreach application support including but not limited to creating user training guides/process flows, sprint release notes, host training sessions, general data research, and behind-the-scenes UAT
- Perform various analyses as part of application improvement strategy, issue troubleshooting, and outreach study effectiveness
- Works in Operations with multiple functions and departments across one or more business units
- Evaluates programs and strategies for Star measures and helps determine appropriate actions that could drive better performance within a contract or local market. Identifying opportunities within markets and sharing best practices that are available
- Project management and implementation experience
- Builds and maintains relationships within operations and across the Stars organization

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business operations
- 3+ years of experience in a large, matrixed, consumer-related, cross-functional organization
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare Star rating, Star Measures programs
- 2+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets, and making data-driven analytical decisions
- Proficient experience in MS Office Programs (Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Visio / SharePoint)
- Advanced MS Excel experience (Pivot table, VLookUp, IF formulas, charts/graphs)

- 3+ years Stars Analytics experience
- 2+ years Agile Rally experience
- Project and/or program management experience
- HEDIS Chase experience
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft SQL
- Salesforce experience
