Primary Responsibilities:
- Constant monitoring, researching, order creation, and tracking of ad-hoc member materials or sample requests
- Managing escalated member materials requests including CTMs and member grievances
- Identifying trends and engaging with business SMEs
- Working closely with team members- e.g. assigning work tasks
- Documenting processes and creating best practices (process flows)
- Weekly reporting to internal business SMEs
- Be able to handle influx of requests during Open Enrollment – this job needs to be on during October-January
You won’t be any ordinary Business Process Analyst. You’ll be hitting on all cylinders every moment of every day. You will create process design, implement projects, diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions in the quest for better health care. You’ll be expected to quickly adapt to change in a very fluid environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to agree on solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, teams/partners, and deadlines
- 1+ years of Medicare experience
- 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously
- Intermediate proficiency level with MS Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Medicare experience
- 1+ years of MS Project, SharePoint, InfoPath, and Visio
- Healthcare Industry experience
- Team lead or project lead experience
- Advanced proficiency level with MS Word and Excel
- Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
