This position is full-time Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7am – 7pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) OR High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working in sales management or support, account management, or an operational role
- Previous experience in process and procedure development
- Ability to travel 1-2 times a year into the office for training, or other meetings needed to support the business up to 25%
- Experience with Microsoft Office software applications including Word (creating, editing, saving and sharing documents), Excel (creating, saving, editing, sharing files, using formulas) and Outlook (creating rules and using calendar, create, copy, edit, save and send correspondence)
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7am – 7pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of t his role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.
