Responsible for specific services, functions, and solutions available internally or as a supporting element of a product, typically not sold stand-alone externally. Positions in this function play a critical role in ability to deliver products to market and/or manage internal business functions. Capability management requires alignment to business and/or product strategy, effective design and development, and ongoing management of capability portfolio across the full lifecycle to ensure business-specific or cross-enterprise impact. Market insights are leveraged to monitor trends and external landscape, and to inform capability strategies and customer use case scenarios. Positions in this function are accountable for delivering sustainable, financially sound solutions that solve a specific problem and enable successful external product delivery and/or internal business function performance, while driving adoption with internal business clients and define future capability direction that supports business strategy and new opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Identify, plan and execute the end-to-end business clinical scenarios
  • Experienced in dealing with HL7 V2 and FHIR
  • Generate test automation scripts to automate manual workflows to reduce turnaround time in defect resolution process
  • Develop Test Scripts according to Acceptance Test-driven Development (ATDD) Testing methods using Gherkin and Cucumber/karate Test Frameworks
  • Deliver software within an Agile environment
  • Assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review
  • Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing with the scrum team
  • Assist with creating and maintaining automation support documents surrounding standards, policies, procedures and metrics
  • Creation of test planning and perform Test execution within the Sprints
  • Develop and update Automated test suite
  • Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
  • Adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Willing to work in shifts as per project requirement
  • Ready to take up any technical challenges and should be research oriented

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Clinical experience and/or clinical education
  • Understanding of Healthcare terminologies/ codesets, Clinical area of expertise.
  • Strong logical and conceptual reasoning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Good experience in Clinical testing, Knowledge of Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) or HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR), including the FHIR REST API, Familiarity with JSON and XML
