About naviHealth
NaviHealth partners with health plans, health systems and post-acute providers to manage the entire continuum of post-acute care. We utilize evidence-based protocols to optimize care and bundled payment methodologies to align all stakeholders. The result: optimized care and outcomes, reduced inpatient days, reduced hospital readmissions, and increased patient satisfaction.
Business Process Analyst supports the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program across the CTP business, which is critical in generating operational efficiencies and opportunities for growth. The analyst role will support all things CPI and will work directly with the Business Process Manager to build and document new standard operating procedures (SOP), project manage small to medium sized Business Operations projects/cross-functional projects, will learn CPI fundamentals and Six Sigma practices, all to drive scalability and efficiency of delivery across the CTP business at-large.
Business Process Analyst is a proactive, detail-oriented, meticulous, process and data-driven individual with a desire to learn and help run the internal operations of the CTP business, supporting the structure that keeps the business stable and enables growth-oriented action. This individual is highly accountable to self and others, strives for excellence every day, and actively seeks to improve self, others, and the CTP business.
The hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. EST or CST. This is a remote position, however, team members are required to come in the office 2-4 times per year for events and meetings. The meeting will take place at the head office located at: 1075 Mainstreet Watham Massachusetts.

Primary Responsibilities:
Key member of CTP operations supporting SOPs, process management, system optimization and internal operations efficiency:
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Documentation
- Allow Business Operations team to implement changes and experience operational efficiencies more quickly
- Document SOPs and policies in standard templates
- Build process diagrams in Lucid Chart
- Manage SOP/policy document distribution and storage for organization
Program/Process Management
- Learn and become an expert at using standard project management process
- Project management for all internal Business Operations projects
- Review projects to improve quality of services and efficiencies across departments
- Own cadenced communications to stakeholders
- Organize recurring meetings, prepare agendas, and lead calls
- Ensure accountability of team members on managed projects
- Manage notes and documents for all meetings
- Manage KanBan boards in Lucid Chart
SOP Program Support
- Support Manager of Business Process in creation of new SOPs and Policies
- Support SOP review and refinement process – a key component of process change
- Support implementations of new SOPs
- Assist in data analysis of outcomes of implemented SOPs to determine if changes are required per review process
Ad-Hoc Requests
- Support ad-hoc data analysis or data entry requests as needed from organization, specifically Business Operations
- Provide backup support for daily salesforce functions (such as ticket queue triaging)

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only:The salary range for Colorado residents is $17.12 – $30.34. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $18.80 – $33.41.
