Primary Responsibilities:
- Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining, and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers
- Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
- Impact of work is most often at the team level

Required Qualifications:
- US citizenship (to meet our government contract obligations)
- Ability to obtain government security clearance
- 1+ years of developing Business Intelligence / Visualization software (such as Tableau, Power BI, Crystal, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience working with relational databases & database structures (such as SQL, Oracle, or Teradata)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience in a Business Intelligence or Business Analyst role
- Experience using data manipulation software such as Alteryx or SSIS
- Healthcare industry experience, ideally with claims data and case management data

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
