Primary Responsibilities:
- Data discovery process (Asking the right questions) , Data Acquisition & Data Cleaning
- Integrate and storing data
- Initial data investigation and exploratory data analysis
- Perform offline/online analysis of large data sets using components from the Hadoop ecosystem
- Should have skills to create opportunities using machine learning or artificial intelligence
- Apply data science methods and techniques, such as machine learning, statistical modeling etc.
- Involve in big data technologies and prototype solutions to improve our data processing and analytics architecture
- Identify project issues, communicate them and assist in their resolution.
- Understand the healthcare domain and execute numerous projects at the same time
- Cooperative and team focused attitude
- Help the client to make efficient decision based on their need
- Understanding for data, schema, data model, machine learning and how to bring efficiency in big data related life cycle
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Around 2 – 6 years of Data Science experience
- Experience in R, or Python or Spark (Mlib)
- Experience using Machine Learning Algorithms: Linear & Logistic Regression, Time Series analysis, Support Vector Machine, K-Means clustering, K-Nearest Neighbors, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, PCA, SVD, Artificial Neural Networks, Association Rules, Genetic Algorithm, Optimization, Bagging and Boosting algorithms etc.
- Working knowledge of tools like SQL, Excel
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Bigdata knowledge
