Primary Responsibilities:
- Support OptumHealth transition to value-based care and drive growth across all markets, payers and products
- Lead data and analytics reporting for OptumHealth value-based care initiatives and strategies
- Maintain performance scorecard and growth reporting for OptumHealth risk based membership
- Drive cross functional collaboration with key business stakeholders in both Optum and UHC

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role
- 2+ years of experience in gathering information and creating fact based reporting and analysis
- 2+ years of experiences working in the health care industry or value-based care
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the provider and/or payer industry
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
