This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collects, validates, and analyzes information on potential customers, develops reports and findings, updates pipeline specifics and maintains system details.
- Contacts customers to request or clarify information, understand prospects, and address questions and concerns on Bind materials, pricing, or proposals.
- Facilitates the collection and analysis of customer information for quotes, proposals, and modeling.
- Oversees the customer calendar and timeline of events/project deliverables, coordinates schedules and meetings, agendas and materials and assists with overall meeting delivery.
- Monitors the proposal and contract negotiation process, documents customer requests, facilitates internal review, discussion, and analysis, and supports communications to the customer.
- Prepares the transfer of new customers to implementation, which includes preparing the transfer package, key deliverables, and communications.
- Analyzes and reviews current sales, results, feedback, and related customer information on an ongoing to as needed basis to determine trends, draw conclusions, interpret findings, and presents results, proposals, and recommendations to management.
- Assists with developing sales or cross-functional project or program objectives, which includes proposed budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements.
- Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and assists with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; ensures compliance and receives guidance within these areas as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of customer service and related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (create / edit docs), Microsoft Excel (create / edit spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (email / calendar)
- Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am – 5:00pm including the flexibility to work occasional overtime per business need
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience is preferred
- Health insurance industry experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $21.68 – $38.56. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada / New York City residents is $23.94 – $42.40.
