Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to capture and document information
- Work with operational experts to identify problem areas in existing tool/application
- Turn Business Requirements into Data Requirements
- Partner with developers to ensure Data Requirements meets business needs
- Lead and perform UAT
- Analyze and trouble shoot issues
- Establish standards and best practices for loading-updating fee sources and fee schedules
- Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members
- Resolve report, data, tool/application issues submitted by business partners, end-users, and Apps team

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Computer Science or related field; OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis with a solid understanding of Physician or Facility Pricing
- 3+ years of experience in translating business requirements into Data Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with maintaining Professional or Hospital pricing
- 2+ years of experience in unit and system testing
- Intermediate level experience in Excel
- Entry to Intermediate level experience in SQL
- Experience developing within an agile (i.e. Scrum) framework
- Experience leading projects from initiation through deployment, coordinating efforts of cross-functional teams to satisfy business requirements and ensure the highest quality is delivered
- Business-side experience with IT partners, or IT-side experience with Business partners
Preferred Qualifcation:
- Solid communication and collaboration skills when working with stakeholders to drive change

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
